QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM daily (Mandated by Sonoma County) Please help us to be respectful of our neighbors and county laws by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during county mandated quiet hours. Amplified music is allowed indoors at reasonable volumes, and is permissible on the beach / river. Amplified music anywhere else on the property (including the back deck) is strictly prohibited and a violation of our license to operate.  Parking: On-site parking is strictly limited to two vehicles at all times, in accordance with our county license. The garage is not available to guests. Please do not block our neighbors' access to the shared driveway connecting both properties to the main road. Additional free parking is available on the main road across from the property's entrance. Breakages: We understand accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree upon the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Smoking Policy: This is a smoke and vape-free home. Please do not smoke or vape any substance indoors, and be respectful if smoking outside. PLEASE NOTE: We're in a high fire danger area. If you must smoke, please ensure butts are fully extinguished and appropriately disposed of in the provided receptacle, and be cautious about embers.  Pet Policy: We love animals, but have chosen to keep this a pet free home due to allergies and potential wear and tear to the home.  If you must travel with a service animal due to a disability, please notify us in advance and kindly inform us what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Service animals may not be left unattended on the property at any time, or allowed onto the furniture. We would kindly ask that you bring your own food and water dishes for use at the property, pick up after your companion, and clean dirty paws before entering the home. A note about river safety: PLEASE NOTE: The river can be unpredictable and dangerous. The river is generally safe from Memorial Day weekend until mid to late fall. Higher water levels, fast moving water, and strong currents render the river unsafe during winter months and early spring. Even in warmer months, high flow, strong currents, steep drop-offs, and hard to see debris can pose safety hazards, and there are drowning victims every year. Please check local forecasts if in doubt, and swim at your own risk. Life jackets and/or flotation devices are recommended at all times.

You have full exclusive use of the home's entire living area (located on the second floor), private back deck, and back yard, including use of our river access staircase and riverfront beach area.
